I had the misfortune of renting a property through Bexleys. During my time with them, my property manager did not reply to a call or email once without me following her up a second or third time. There were a number of items that needed to be fixed in the property when I first moved in, however I was assured these would be attended to in the short term. The number of items increased to a long list by the time I vacated. Although I sent a number of emails to the manager reminding her to make arrangements to fix these items, they were either totally ignored on she would only attend to one and ignore the rest. I was so dissatisfied with Bexleys, that I decided to move when when the lease came to an end. Given my experience with Bexleys, it was no surprise when they tried to withhold a portion of my bond on the basis, certain items were broken (coincidentally the very items that I had repeatedly notified them of). Overall, I found Bexleys to be unresponsive, unorganised and unprofessional.

I recently vacated this property & I found Bexley's to be primarily driven by the wishes of the property owner. The attitude displayed towards us as tenants was unreliable, untrustworthy and disrespectful. Asking for maintenance to be done was akin to extracting a tooth, when it was done, the property owner has his personal "backyard bob" of all trades do the work. It was never carried out on time, nor was it a satisfactory job. Rent increase became ludicrous and never reflected the property condition. I would NEVER EVER recommend Bexley's to any prospective tenant, to them you are nothing but low life tenants. No wonder the above comments by the property owner sing their praises, Bexley's will jack your rent up, do nothing maintenance wise (or boj jobbed) and make you feel smaller than an ants ass hole! Go... Bexley??s and the tight-fisted property owner of the property.

Im absolutely thrilled to have Bexleys as my agent, i bought my investment property over in January, and they have sorted everything for me, its nice to have a real estate agent who has everything under control. They found the tenant, organise maintenance and great inspection reports so i can always see how my property is being kept. Thankyou to Bexleys. Highly recommended.
